To sign up for EMDR Extra training please fill in the form below, payments are taken securely via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required) or you may pay by Cheque or request a Company Invoice. A pricing guide is found below. All fields are required unless otherwise stated as optional.

| Total Cost for all seven days, £1,176.00 for three parts £150.00 x 3 = £900.00, less 5% = £855.00 + VAT @ 20% £171.00 = £1,026.00 + £125.00 + VAT @ 20% £25 = £1,176.00 |
