To sign up for EMDR Extra training please fill in the form below, payments are taken securely via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required) or you may pay by Cheque or request a Company Invoice. A pricing guide is found below. All fields are required unless otherwise stated as optional.

| Booking for the full training of Three Parts Together - 5% discount |
| Early booking rate - £1,026.00 for three parts £300.00 x 3 = £900.00, less 5% = £855.00 + VAT @ 20% £171.00 = £1,026.00 |
| Late booking rate = £1,121.76 for three parts For bookings received 4 weeks or less prior to Part 1 training date. Late rate for Part 1, early rate for Parts 2 and 3 £384.00 + £300.00 + £300.00 = £984.00, less 5% = £934.80 + VAT @ 20% £186.96= £1,121.76 |
